Your product will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse or Hong Kong warehouse.
International Shipping is currently available.

Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau: $5

Handing Time and Shipping Time

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse from Monday to Friday (U.S. national holidays are excluded).
The total delivery time = handling time + shipping time

Please note that the shipping time doesn't count weekends and U.S. national holidays. You will be notified via separate emails once your order is placed and shipped. All shipments will be provided with tracking information.

Incomplete and Incorrect Shipping Address

wikiBattery.com is not responsible for returns or lost packages caused by customers submitting incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure the correct information is provided when placing an order. If your order is not delivered to you and returned back to us by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fee or re-ship the order by charging an additional shipping fee. If an order is not returned to us and is in fact lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be solely responsible for the loss, and no refund will be issued.
